Guests may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled program. A refund will be issued after deducting a 15% processing fee from the total amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or failure to attend on the confirmed date and time, are non-refundable. This is because seats, transportation, staff, and food for the elephants are arranged in advance.
Guests may request to change their program date or time free of charge by notifying us at least 3 hours in advance. All changes are subject to availability and confirmation by the company.
If we must cancel the program due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or elephant welfare considerations, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
