Weather Policy
This is an outdoor nature experience. Routes or timing may be adjusted for weather, safety and elephant welfare. If we cancel the program for these reasons, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Pickup Area
Complimentary hotel pickup and return are available within our service area. Send your hotel name and room number via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the activity. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking.
Cancellation & Changes
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled program for a refund after a 15% processing fee is deducted from the total amount paid. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start time and no-shows are non-refundable.
Date or time changes are free when requested at least 3 hours in advance, subject to availability and company confirmation.
Elephant Welfare
No elephant riding or performances. Please follow your guide’s instructions and allow the elephants space to choose how they move and behave.
